Data we process
This website is intentionally simple. We do not include advertising networks. We mainly process personal data when you contact us. In addition, we use Google Analytics for audience measurement only with your consent (see below).
Contact by phone or WhatsApp
If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we process the information you provide (for example, your name, phone number, email address and description of your enquiry) to respond and prepare a quote. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We keep this information only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
The optional WhatsApp form prepares a message in your browser. The website does not send or store the details you enter. The message and selected details are sent to Fenster Sauber only when you choose to send them in WhatsApp. You can review and edit the text first.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's privacy terms also apply. You can call us if you do not want to use WhatsApp.
Hosting
The website is hosted by a service provider that makes it available. For technical reasons, server log data (including IP address, date and time of access, and the page requested) is processed to keep the service secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Google Maps
Some pages embed Google Maps to show our service area. When the map loads, your IP address is transferred to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Ltd. Google's privacy information also applies. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in presenting the service area clearly.
Google Analytics (only with consent)
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse how the website is used, such as pages viewed and approximate region. The IP address is shortened (anonymised).
After you consent, clicks on phone, WhatsApp and enquiry buttons may also be recorded. Only the action, fixed button placement and page path are transmitted. WhatsApp form entries and the prepared message text are not sent to Google Analytics.
Analytics cookies and data transfers to Google are enabled only after you select “Accept” in the cookie notice. No analytics takes place without your consent. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with § 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future:

Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, restrict processing, receive data in a portable format, and object to processing. Contact us at the email address above. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in North Rhine-Westphalia to the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
